As everyone knows, the Supreme Court, today, ruled in favor of health care reform. I get a Facebook feed from the National Association for the Self-Employed (NASE) and they put out this very informative fact sheet for small businesses. It looks like there will be some benefits and some drawbacks to the new law for those who run our own businesses. I like that there is a tax credit for businesses with fewer than 25 employees and average annual wages of less than $50,000.
